The Brazilian Santos 2/3 SC 17/18 SS FC is one of the second largest beans. The mill sorts the beans through multiple screens and sorts them accordingly. This coffee is NY 2/3, which assures us that there are no more than 8-12 visible defects in a 300-gram sample. Even though we source the highest quality, our team sorts the coffee to check for any imperfections to remove them before roasting. The ranking of SS FC qualifies the coffee as a strictly soft, fine cup, which means the cup is stable, clean and smooth with flavour.
