This Brazil Natural NY 2/3 SC 17/18 from Mogiana is our second Brazilian purchase and we can’t get enough of it from the samples. We taste a creamy texture with notes of chocolate, dried fruits and a hint of walnuts. This coffee from brazil has low acidity and is grown in full sun so it is generally a softer bean. We recommend it as a medium roast and it works amazing as an espresso. It cuts through the milk and keeps the flavour profile.
