Refund Policy

If you’d like to initiate a refund please contact our sales team at to initiate a refund. Once a return has been approved, then please ship the item back to us. Once processed a refund will be issued within 2 business days. A 5 % handling fee applies to all refunds.

Conditions that apply

Products should be unused. All consumable products are non-refundable. Any gear purchases can be refunded minus a handling fee of 5 %, we will credit you for any other purchase on the website.

Original packaging required

All returned items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped out. Any damaged items and/or items missing accessories will be rejected or a lesser value credited once assessed by our team.

Related time frame

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Return shipping costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If any item is received damaged, please contact us immediately and we will cover any return expenses.
