A great way to start your morning, with a bold chocolatey punch of espresso, our Colombia Supremo has no bitterness and is very smooth. With hints of caramel flavour and a great body, it’s a must-have staple in the morning as a pour-over or espresso. The high elevation and large bean size contribute to the Colombia Supremo’s well-rounded nature. It’s in the name, Supremo, the biggest bean size available in Colombia. After the coffee undergoes the fully washed process, the beans are graded according to size by a machine with multiple screens. The 17/18 screens are at least 6.7 millimetres in diameter, allowing more giant beans to fall through.

COFFEE TASTE NOTES
Hulia is located in a collection of mountain ranges called the Colombian Massif or Nudo de Almaguer. With the high elevation, excellent year-round climate and volcanic soil, many farmers plant shade trees in between the coffee shrubs as an erosion-prevention method. The Huila region is one of the most well-known coffee-growing areas of Colombia.
